- A phone number, email, or Instagram handle so we can reply
- Photos of the garage or items you send us for quoting
- Notes about the job (access instructions, timing, sensitive items)
- Payment details handled by our payment processor — we don't store card numbers ourselves
We don't collect anything beyond what you give us directly.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Send you a quote
- Schedule and complete the job
- Send before/after photos and an invoice
- Follow up to confirm you're satisfied
We never sell your information. We don't run ads.
Sharing
We share information only with people who help us deliver the job:
- Our crew
- A payment processor for invoicing
- Donation, recycling, and disposal partners — only what's needed to drop items off
We may share information if required by law.
Photos
We sometimes take before and after photos for our records and, occasionally, to show our work. We don't post photos that identify you, your address, or your belongings without asking first. Sensitive jobs are kept off social media entirely.
This website
The website you're reading is a simple static page. It doesn't set tracking cookies and doesn't load third-party analytics that profile you.
Keeping your information
We keep job records (quote, invoice, photos) for as long as we need them for accounting and warranty purposes. You can ask us to delete records sooner — see "Your choices" below.
Your choices
You can:
- Ask what information we have about you
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it (subject to records we're required by law to keep)
- Opt out of follow-up messages at any time
Call or message us with the request and we'll handle it within a reasonable time.
Children
This service isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on our home page.
